Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead - One Year OnYesterday (1 April) marked the 12 month anniversary of the theatrical premiere of Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead. If you have concerns about your health or your weight I highly recommended watching this awesome documentary, but don’t just take my word for it…

To celebrate the one year anniversary of Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, it’s creator and star, Joe Cross has put together a short YouTube video of people who watched the film and the impact it has had on their lives.

The first person featured lost 65 lbs (over 4 and a half stone) and is “enjoying life more”.

The second person featured is no longer using insulin and says “Juice fasting has completely changed my life”.

One of the people featured in this 3 minute film lost 53 lbs (nearly 4 stone) and as so his allergies? They are gone. His irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)? Gone. His skin condition? Gone. There really is so much more to juicing than just weight loss.

Their is a lady featured who says that “the reboots really improved my quality of life, I have so much mental clarity, incredible energy. I am so amazed at the power of fresh produce”.

Another man lost 63lbs, is no longer allergic to pollen and says he can now “tie my own shoes without being out of breath”.

Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead and the related “Reboot Your Life” website are all about sharing stories, journeys, renewed spirits, rejuvenated health and “Rebooted Lives!”. Reboot Your Life now has a community of 300,000 and continues to grow.

If you are unwell, please do not wait for a miracle cure to be found and if you are overweight please don’t go on a diet – change your diet! I just hope more people see Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead and are inspired to take control of their own lives. We really are what we eat.

Year Without Beer

I am giving up all alcohol throughout 2012 (all 366 days) to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and Cancer Research UK. I am also using it as a great opportunity to join the reboot!
